Another fab food establishment in Placerville with unique eats is Heyday. Famously local wines were a delicious pairing for BBQ chicken skewers bathed in a southern style barbecue sauce that I think included a bit of tangy pineapple. They serve it atop a slaw spiced with sriracha and jalapeno.
