Cow Town

Published October 3, 2012

Many ask me about Paso having great weather and even good wine but some still say you go to the restaurants and think “is this all there is?” I think they are referring to the way Paso was years ago. Using the term of a local here, it was a cow town. But, as I’ve said, wherever there’s good wine, there’s good food and the food here has certainly followed. I go to delicious cosmopolitan restaurants every night of the week and am always impressed with the flavors and fresh ingredients. They also have fabulous wines by the glass with distinction and diversity of flavor.

Even if you know nothing ‘bout Paso, here’s all you need to know. Tonight was the first night I needed a sweater or jacket. And even that didn’t happen until about 8:30 or 9PM.
