Asuncion Ridge Vineyards – unleash your Lascivious and Salacious side

Published July 12, 2013

If you think you can’t grow delicious Pinot Noir in Paso, stop by Asuncion Ridge in downtown Paso for a tasting of their delicately rich yet supple Pinot Noirs. While there, let yourself succumb to the succulent light crisp refreshing Sauvignon Blanc. Then, try a fun 3 Sum of Syrah, Zinfandel, and Cabernet Sauvignon. You’ll be wondering why you’ve never tried it before.  You may also want to unleash your Lascivious and Salacious side with their like-minded concoctions.

Their mountain top vineyards at about 2000 feet elevation get some heat and some snow. So, the grapes get plenty of sunlight yet do not overheat. Apparently, that’s all these grapes need along with a little help from their master winemaker.

Plus, theirs is the only wine tasting room to offer readers!
