Artevino

As certain as it is that there are more Renaissance men making wine, few compete at Tom Rodrigues’ level. Not only is he an award winning winemaker, he is also an artistic painter, photographer, mushroom expert, gourmet chef, and such a strait up Giants fan, he named his dogs Buster and Posey.

Artevino is known for its creamy Chardonnay with green apple, lemon curd, and vanilla. But their Merlot may knock your socks off. Its luscious cherry and berry body is what you get first but the long finish is what you’ll remember. Their Cabernet Sauvignon continues with lots of plush cherry and a bit of pepper and vanilla on the longest of leggy finishes.
